DELIVERING TO YOU

Daily Bread supply a diverse range of customers, which range from such prestigious locations as Buckingham Palace, House of Commons, House of Lords, Harrods and the National Theatre. We also supply universities, museums, contract caterers, event caterers, airlines, rail operators, ferry operators as well as independent coffee shops – in short, if you want to buy great quality sandwiches, we’re happy to supply.  

From our manufacturing site in Luton and our regional distribution centre in central London, Daily Bread offer chilled national next day delivery, with a full service six days per week and customised solutions available for Sundays. We operate to an overall 0530h to 1030h delivery window, which we can usually tailor to specific customer requirements.

The national six-day solution covers all of England, with the exception of west Cornwall, Scotland up to and including Glasgow, Edinburgh and the central belt and South and North Wales. Currently our service makes around 2,000 deliveries weekly, ranging from Ayrshire, the Lothians and Tyneside in the north, across to Somerset and Carmarthenshire in the west and Dorset and East Kent in the south, with all locations within.

The deliveries are made by a combination of our own fleet in London and immediate areas and our distribution partner, Palmer and Harvey, who provide us with both dedicated distribution vehicles and also access to their 900 vehicle national fleet, enabling us to offer such wide-ranging next morning delivery cover.

A full chill chain is maintained throughout the delivery network, with temperature logging available at delivery points. All vehicles have in-cab communications, so should there be any questions on delivery, such as severe weather, then we can easily locate drivers and advise delivery points.
